They do nothing for the families and the youth and all the grands that they recieve from the gov't goes to their home renovations and pay for those '08 model cars they drive. Advo, well here is the thing, they will not rot in jail as long as their families can help it, they will just help them get away to another country... So when would these kids ever learn? If they want to waste their potential and live in lawlesness I say send them to Somalia.
