While all the other madahaab within the sunnah keep quite and says AMIN quitly..

I bet you have prayed a salat subbaax with jamaca in any somali mosque.
You could have seen the duah after the second rakaat.

While all other madahaab do not do any duah in the salat subbax.

nothing is wrong OF this kinde of prayer. they did what islam call(KHUNUUD) whichs means you can make DU'AA before you do RUKUUUC. even some of SUNNA pray like this.

MOST SUNNIS do that regardless
