Miskiin. Couple Somalis got rewarded over $300,000 (yes 3 with 5 zeros) because of this exact same thing.
Minnesota Plant That Fired Muslims for Taking Prayer Breaks Will Pay $365,000

MINNEAPOLIS — Under a settlement to a federal lawsuit, up to 100 Somali Muslims who are current or former workers at Gold'n Plump Inc. will receive a total of $365,000.

The settlement was filed in Minneapolis on Friday. It sprang from allegations of religious discrimination at the company's chicken processing plants in Cold Spring and Arcadia, Wis.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed lawsuits against St. Cloud-based Gold'n Plump and the Work Connection Inc., an employment agency in St. Paul, which handled some hiring for the plant.

Under the settlement, Gold'n Plump agreed to pay $215,000 to workers who were terminated for taking prayer breaks.

The Work Connection will pay $150,000 to workers who were asked to sign a form acknowledging that they might be required to handle pork, which many Muslims consider unclean.

The EEOC estimates that 40 to 100 workers will qualify for the payments.

exactly what im talking about!!!^^^^ somalida waan kanaxaa walahi!

is not even other people, just somalis!

i remember reading a story about Ethiopian guy who got paid £8million from he's company, because was being racist to him.

come one!!! £8million!!?!?!? OMG. he's officially rich for life. and when he's lawyer was asked why did he get that much money, he said the courts said, it is a lesson for any boss that decide to act this way!!

the amount of money and rights these miskiin somalis can have is beyond believe. they just dont know it!!

i tell you all know exercise you rights as much as you can. dont let no one hold you down. xabash's are getting 8million, and we leave jobs everytime we are treated unfairly!!

THe Xabashi had a right to react and the court awarding him that much is understandable as they said it is not the crime deserved the reward but they wanted to set a "future lesson" for all racists.

Good job.

However, the Somalis are a totally different thing. You come to work and the work has regulations. If it stretches beyond reasonable grounds o.k but a lot of what Somalida do is over the top!

I think they should in some circumstances. But then again it all depends on that specific thing you're protesting against. But Voltage you are right though, most Somalis overexaggerate.

And anyone who knows me knows how much I love them. I just don't think that qualifies wearing rosy-colored gllasses when it comes to our negativities.
