Sis, he is in full retirement, but you can still find him occassionally attending events and even contributing to most. But what i'd suggest you do is contact Somaliland Focus via email and from there someone might help you. If you live in London there will be an event on the 6th March on Nation-Building in Somaliland and i believe he'll be speaking briefly. Its organised by the Anglo-Somali Society...have a look at their webpage for further details. Hope that helped.
