Africa have the resource and potential to be where the chinese and indian are but it's sadly looks like its the chinese turn to colonize africa

If you look from a different perspective, this is good!
First off all it's at night and everybody is sleep, so no need for 100 watts light shinning on your head.
Secondly, Africa is enviromentally savvy, that is why we have the most and the greatest animals and trees and rivers --It's a paradise of nature and changed and touched, the way God created it.
So no need to cause global warming and light the whole world with electricity and use all that energy.
This Westerners will put thousands of high watt lights in useless places like sports staduims and parking lots!
They are the ones destroying the world.

Africa has big cities, but they don't have to light them to proof it --America wasn't even existing when African cities were functioning in the 12 century.
