from my experience race is an attribute given to you not decided by you

it just so happens MOST people around the world (including arabs) group us with other black peoples

so Somalis really don't have a say

We, along with the Ethiopians, Sudanese, and Eritreans are considered part of "Sub-Saharan Africa" which is just a way for white people to say "Black Africa"

real soomalis aka samaales are 100% native africans. but there is two clan who claims to be somaali but they are not somali origins , those clans are darood and isak(not qabiil topic) this two qabiils ancerstors was arabs or was owned by arabs(slaves).

real soomaalis(samaaale) which i belongs we are proud to be black africans
