Inheriting the behavior,not the sin. God created adam with the ability to sin, we are his children so you can speak of inheritance.
You take the word inheritance really serious. Its as if prophet pbuh said scholars inherit from us. adam AS was responsible for his actions just like you are responsible for yours. There is no inheritance malarkey in here. Allah created us to have free will. To obey or to disobey. We did'nt inherit our free will from a man.
We got it from Allah

The evidence is in the hadiths of prophet PBUH: scholars inherited from us(prophets).and in the quranic verses: Sulayman inherited from dawud.
Its completely different than original sin because christians believe that a non-baptized child wont make it to heaven if the baby dies in infancy .
