Faan time is over, the only thing you had on the rest of Somalia is peace and when peace comes as Puntland was the second place to taste it after you, you have nothing to faan over the rest of Somalia or to claim some immense development



Faan time is over, you got no electricy, ya got no plumbing, ya got nothing that can be qualified in the way of any functioning infrastructural services and 95% of your people are dependent on remittance money like that fleeing people of southern Somalia.

Ducaysane, sxb Hargeisa in the 80's looks more cosmopolitan than the Hargeisa of today. The only thing the Hargeisa of today has is two or three tall buildings Dahabshiil remittance money company built due to the business of Somali civil war remittance.

Voltage the siad barre(AUN) government invested nearly 20yrs into building hargeisa from 1969-1988 and this is what it looked like:



Compared to the 12yrs the SL government invested into hargeisa, and by 12yrs I mean 1997-2009. This is because between the peroid 1991-1997 there was the inter-clan wars and only in 1997 was there peace in hargeisa and to prove that this is a picture of hargeisa in 1997:
