WTF with engineering. i bet if the first farahs choose marine Bioligist, they would have said the same.

it's not about the money, it's what yo good at it or enjoy doin it. Male strippers and female strippers make more money then doctors that does mean we should all be stippers.

I am asking because I a BS in computer because I like programming and I am really thinking about going to medical school because of money even though I hate hospitals and sick people. I don't care enough to want to someone else either so it is strictly about money for me.

Like any African parents mine wanted me to become a Doctor.

I said hell no cause for one I really hate Hospitals and and being around sick people and plus I don't want to be in school forever.

I chose to become an Airline Pilot because for one I find it very interesting and rewarding in many ways. and as for Money there is planty in this field marka no worries about that. But it is going to cost me 80K which is going to be a loan from a very rich family member that I have to pay back some day. :|

My moms hate my choice and pop's already see's me flying Somali Airlines. He's proud and she's scared. :|

ps: I began flight school this September inshallah.
Nice to meet a fellow somali aviator

does that 80k pay for your Private, Commercial and eventually Airline Transport License? Cuz with private schools, you are looking at pretty much that range of costs to obtain atleast your private and commercial.

I am working towards my Commercial at the moment aswell as getting my Multi-IFR (instrument flight rules)/Night ratings.

P.S. - You'll understand this jargon once you start

P.P.S. - The Cessna's are a piece of shit to fly

As long as I make good money  8-) .... if that doesn’t work out (hope it does work out) i would probably go into business admin work... bureaucracy etc :|

Lawyer, because I love interpreting laws and looking at things in abstract ways. Besides waan war badanahay and I also have something to say unless I think the people are not worth hearing my view. Also Law school leads the way for a great politician to be, and you do make a lot of money.

Paidmonk, it not the money but the religion. I would have done some movies and other entertainment stuff if it was not against the teaching of the religion forget the money.
