it was a type error, corrected. 
Sool and Awdal were created in 1986.
Sool was part of Nugaal an Awdal was part of Waqooyi Galbeed

It's a shame Barre changed the name Migiurtinia into just Bari (East).

It makes a huge difference, out of the 8 previous gobols, only 2 of those where majority Jaberti.
