Read the Angola Report, 100,000 portuguese came in 5 years. What are the educated Somalis amounting to? If they number 10,000 even the ones with very low skill that is still usable I will consider that the most stretched out estimate. Do you know what it takes to run a modern economy especially for Somalia which will have the world's complete sympathy in rebuilding and reconstruction?

p.s. Except for Libya, Yemen, and Ethiopia, the Italian Embassy is the only other embassy functioning in Somalia.
