Anyone who claims Somalis are on a average are 6'1/185cm isn't living within reality. We would then be considered one of the tallest people on the planet

Have you measured all their heights, personally I would say it is mostly reer koonfur who are quite tall.

-What region of Somalia they live.

-What era they live in.

-What their diet make-up consists of.

It's a inner-Harti stereotype. We were regarded as generally a bit shorter than our Dhulbahante cousins, but on the other hand Dhulbahantes along with Ogadenis are regarded as the tallest Somalis in the Horn.

I'm like 5'5 or 5'6, and I know ain't the shortest chick out there, cause when I'm on the train and about, I seem to be good height, in comaparison to others.

However, me and my other sister are the shortest in the house. The rest are taller than us, with my mum being the tallest female in the house 5'11 or above. My shortest brother is probably 5'8-5'9 or something like that.

Somalis love to talk about heigh, population size, all these subjects that they hope will make them feel superior somehow. In reality you are 30-40 million world wide, and not the tallest people. I know it sucks.

They're really tall over here, but I don't really notice it that much. It's especially the Asians here who look like little hobbits in this country.

If Tutsis formed a country, than they would be the tallest people in the world and Holland number 2. But since they live with Hutus and even worse Twa (Pygmees), the average in Rwanda and Burundi has been dragged to the ground almost with violence.

And no, the Dutch is overestimated. The ladies are taller on average but as a people they are nothing especially although tall for Europeans.
