Kenyans have very,very deep hatred for somalis. But they are reer magaal and don't show their fillings openly.
Refugees were living in kenya for nearly 20 years without problems.
Recently Kenyans somalis have become powerful in politics, provincial administration, judiciary, police, army etc.
The rise of kenyan somalis through the ranks is causing backlash against all somalis. The police did not care if you are refugee or kenyan somali. They were harassing all.

The adoonta are suprised, shocked and frustrated by the these kenyans somalis getting more powerful every day.
They go for the somali weak points like the refugees, pirate money, al-shabaab & terrorism etc.
It is all envy and hatred againt all somalis especially kenya somalis.

The thing is I think even if Kenya tries to remove all Somalis from Kenya they just can't. I mean Where are all the Somalis gonna go? They're just too entrenched in Kenyan society.
