Oh, so that is what this SSC I keep hearing about these days is, Sool, Sanaag, Cayn. If I"m not mistaken, Dhulbahante occupy all of that so its great if they make a Maamul that is just inclusive for them. That being said, it is not for dadki qurbaha joogo for them to decide but for the people on the Dhulbahantes on the ground who live there to decide. Its not just Dhulbahantes but Somalis in general who live outside the Country make this "Baaq" statement, but usually nothing happens.

no they dont the occupie it, just by them selfs they just love the name ,the eastern part of sool is mostly dhulos , And eastern sanaag is moslty warsangaly while the dhulos have 2 districts in sanaag Fiqifuliye and jidali east of ceerigabo
How ever the people decided to be with somaliland the eastern part of sanaag as wel as the easter part of sool decided to be with somaliland.
