i dont know. somali language is easy , i can even write and read without even learning.

Somali language is rich in it's own merit but there are essential names that we can't find in our language.

Keyse,

Shoolad is derived from the Hindi word Shola meaning flame

Btw, guys I don't mean we have to change the language somali is written in i.e. latin, but we need to introduce somali words for those words that are adopted from other languages. Heck we even have hindi influenced words like dooni & gaadhi :lol:

badha saab, shoodhe, baaldi and roodhi... :lol:
cumar seriously look at the english language, it has adopted from every corner of the world for example ....shamboo tea, pyjamas(pajamas), massage, juggernaut and many more are hindi.....

I love Abgaal dialect mixed with Italian:

Aryaa Xuubey, quando voltaan ku arkay adoo parole keyga Markaatada kula riidareyhaaya, minaad i laashaarey diidid, waa ku amaasaareyhaa

Diyeesha, it's good to be bilingual so I am happy that they teach students arabic and english in schools :up:
