Fool that's what Muslim should do is lower their gaze

Almighty Allah says: “Tell the believing men to lower their gaze (from looking at forbidden things), and protect their private parts (from illegal sexual acts)” (An-Nur:30)

Again a stable , functioning , prospering Somalia would make our calls for secession very difficult, that's the truth .
Nobody on our end is pulling for eternal misery in the South , that's another truth .
You're not seeing the bigger picture inadeer..once the south is tamed, then thats when the two government could sit together and agree for a bilateral seperation...U see it is only then that the xamaar will be able to try to tackle hargeysa and the showdown will begin....I mean, a recognise, stable government in xamaar who cant even step foot nowhere in SL? no my firend believe me they will come to us....once they see where we stands, they will realise that theres nothing they could do but to accept seperation..nowadays Xamaar is on its knees and doesnt dare to show its face to us...but one day it will come that they're nowhere to hide from the truth...

That they will come after us , there is no doubt about it . Anigu I can only speak for myself and in all seriousness .I am pro secession as long as the south is in chaos. If they get their act together , then it"s an all different ball game .
I am not hiding any of my feelings or political views for I believe if we stay true to Allah {not the al shabaab way , but honest} we shall continue to prosper . When comes that time insha Allah {instead of saying if } I am confident in our negotiating skills .If I were in power of Somaliland {I am not a politician} my biggest worry would be not to get entangled in potential outcomes that would only end in a terrible way .The number ONE thing we want is PEACE , for ourselves as well as our brothers .That's a general overview of my strategy , how we would get there would be "depending on conditions on the ground " <-- everybody understands that nowadays

We're are not there yet ! However in an effort of implementing a "detente " I have uniltarelly refrained from naming the main culprtits of all bad somali "politiking ", head on ...by their name

This TFG is getting more support and help then any Somali government since the fall of the Barre regime and Sharif is considered as Somalia's best hope in decades. Sharif will be in the White House on March 20, let's see what transpires.
he needs to get the embassy back when he comes back here

Goljano, we don't have an embassy in Washington.

My parents have pictures from the 80s though, lots of xaflads and stuff.. it was a smaller house than other places. Some white guy lives in it now.
