Emperior, The way 4.5 was created by somalia leaders if, and I say a big IF, an Isaaq man became president then he could easily stop the 4.5. and then there wouldn't be a dir waqooyi. Teeda kale you have to be opened minded otherwise you'll be exactly like those that worship kacaan, where every person in the clan have to have the same views politcally. Furthermore the only way SL is going to get recognition is if we persuade somalia and the best way to do that is by having some sort of relationship with somalia i.e. Isaaq president.

Cumar Labasuul, all this 4.5 shit was started in Djibouti by Guelleh Buur trying to undermine the isaaq but who needs somalia when we have somaliland anyway, few disgruntled power hungary politicians in the TFG don't represent the wishes of the majority of duriiyada which is somaliland.

Somalilands Recognition is the most important thing having diplomatic relations with them in the near future is not something we are going to exclude but just as separate nations we need just dialogue With the koonfurians that’s all.

can the somali parliament sign the divorce papers?

Emperior, SL is never gonna get recognition from any country, so the only way we can get it is if we involve ourselves positively into somalia politics whether it is trying to resolve this on going chaos in the south or having men in their government to sign the papers. So by calling them koonfurians and stuff there's no way they will give us recognition.
