I have heard stories of forced marriages by Al Shabab from relatives in Xamar. A father cant refuse his daughter to a "good muslim" man from Alshabab or else he is accused of spreading Zina and fitnah. The more marriages the better for the society whether you are willing or not does not matter.

There are, of course. But, as the paddingtonbear pointed out, mostly people can tell what is nonsense and what is not. Alshabab whipping women for not attenting jamaca, alshabab removing peoples teeth, alshabab checking bras, and alshabab making women only walk with female donkeys? Why do men find this particular story so difficult to believe?

It happens...its been a fact for a while, its just getting printed now...its not a refugee sob story, and its not even difficult to believe... you would think the story said they were making pornos with aliens

They divorce couples if the man cant afford to keep his wife in a big hijaab (most poor Somali women just wear a gambasaar), and then marry her to one of their muriyaan. They reward their fighters with women and young girls, willing or not

You have to remember a lot of their fighters are young men, without any knowledge of the deen. I remember seeing an interview with an Islamic Courts fighter, he said he was raping women a few weeks before, now he was enforcing Shariah law

Again, I don't doubt Somalis, people who have lived in anarchy for twenty years, let alone Alshabab, are capable of attrocious actions. However, some things are just propaganda and not worth taking seriously.For instance, apparently Alshabab got some dentist to start removing peoples teeth. Utter bullocks. The marriage thing can easily happen. We are talking about Somalia after all. But when the same source tells you that she has been forced to pray in the mosque on Friday you start to know this article is nothing but nonsense.

Al Shabab’s opponents wants to claim the moral high ground yet still try to sell us such cheap and very transparent propaganda. What are we, cadaan?
