my self, when crasis i just pray like crazy and block my mind from all around me and focus on prayers in sincerelly.
it`s great feelings.

and by the way, when things go not right, may better to give sadaqa. that`s what my dad always says.
ayamahan theeq ban hisaya, sadaqa ayamahan ma bahsanin and calls some one in africa.
