Pland is not a babysitter, even Siwaqroon and a lot of little MJ clans complain about development but the government only develops the port in Bosaso and the government areas of Garowe, even Galkacyo is neglected and left to the locals. This talking is pointless anyway, SSC is never going to be realistic, just like hiiraanland, jubbaland and abgaalland, only Puntland can liberate Lascanood.
