Its not "Warsangeli" its Reer Cali a sub-sub-sub clan of Dubeys its like a extreme subclan of Marehan.

He owns W.Bari and the inhabitants which time will tell- within the next year or two will see a surge of attacks before the next elections. I'm 1000% sure if a Reer Garaad-either Reer Fataax/Ali/Ahmed isnt crowned PLs President no chance of MJs admin in Bosaaso. Its the clear reality unless we head towards clan wars which is already near.

And if Ataam pushes his clan agenda West of Sanaag without a doubt SL will be pushed to its Berbera borders. He's supportive of the entire tol unlike Reer Garaad-Bah Majarteen who are squaters in Hargeysa and dhabodilifs in Garowe.

Western Erigavo is inhabited by some Isaaqs. Warsangelis particularily the Garaad Abdallas are divided and PC, during the SNM they pillaged this town.

Today the vast majority of Erigavo is Warsangeli but the SL admin is present there. Its a town that has declined since there isnt any infrastructure, not strategic position and isnt close to any major port. Its life-line is Bosaaso and we all know which tribe inhabits there.

A few people here have really overhyped Erigavo from the other side, even going as far as drawing imaginary maps. All you got to do is google Sanaag and you'll find a map where Badhan/Dhahar is shaded-Darood/Harti, if we are being real the whole dame region is Darood, East -West -South-North, their is no question about it. Beesha Dir suffers a really big cuqdaad and they cant imagine seeing a group who taxed and runned Berbera on a map while the share the triangle.

Feel You. Anyway, I wouldn't feel that unsafe amongst Warsangeli neighborhoods. Warsangeli and Samaroon are the only two Northern Groups I wouldn't worry about something crazy happening to Me
