Bariis & garoor? Or rice cooked with yogurt? Biriyanis usually have yogurt cooked in the chicken/fish sauce just before adding the bar-broiled rice. And it tastes pretty good. But plain white rice with butter-milk or yogurt tastes nasty. Something walac women or reflux patients would eat. I noticed Stonyfield makes decent organic yogurts, Dannon's stuff is crap. So, if you're ever going to buy plain yogurt, go for Stonyfield's organic whole-milk plain yogurt. Or even Greek yogurt, add some raisins, some medjool dates, almonds and you'll have yourself a good snack.

Saas dheh ninyahow. I had Yoblait in mind. No I don't go to Arab restaurants. As much as I defend them here on Somalinet I am really allergic to Arab americans in real life. In fact I am allergic to all people from the Asian continent.

Yeah but the food is nice. I'm eating some Palestinian/Lebanese food right now and there is a whole wad of yoghurt on the side.

PO hummus is garbanzo beans. It's neither hummus or garlic but actual eastern yoghurt.
