Liqaaye. Isaxaaq wa reer galbeed that is why i didn't include their businesses such Hotel Shiraaqle and Shiraaqle market, Hotel boodhle etc in the reer bari category . This how it is Maroodijeex & Awdal is considered reer galbeed. While anything starting from Oodweyne to burco and beyond is considered Reer bari.

Good on him opening businesses and then employing the locals. The Kaah business center employee's some local New hargeysa people since it's locaed in New hargeysa. It's always a good thing for the locals when there is job opportunities.
