That's a major misconception about the female anatomy. Frequency of intercourse does not affect the woman's vulva size, its an unfounded myth.

The only thing that can widen or enlargen any woman's vulva size is childbirth; the more vaginal deliveries a woman has, the more her vaginal barrel widens. Because of the nature of vaginal deliveries, which are usually very streneous. Its all about the muscle tissues in the pelvic area, specially those in the vaginal walls - these muscles are weak and can easily lose their dexterity. If any man wants his wife to never lose her size, he should encourage her to do a cesearan section instead of vaginal delivery.

For man nothing is better than to be the first person who infiltrates the secret chamber of woman . Most females want experienced guy.

C-section or pelvic floor muscle exercises.

Also, there are cosmetic procedures these days to help women with regaining their shape which can be somewhat costly. Or even muscle developers which are by prescription, they are revolutionary technology.

Koronto, what r pelvic floor muscle exercises?? How do you perform them...I don't know much about exercises

Just google it, it involves tightening your pelvic muscles for intervals of 10 secs each and then repeating them, for up to 20 mins.

There's nothing to fear about c-section. It has a fairly quick recovery time, no pain and never have to deal with labor pains or a slack vulva.

Don't listen to the mass hysteria Somalis have about surgeries. Except for major surgeries like open heart or organ transplants, brain or hysterectomies - most surgeries are easy and quick.
