I heard of this dude who abandoned his daughter as a toddler and her mom passed away when she reached puberty and was taken care of by her granny.He called her when she had graduated from uni trying to mend relations.
The daughter was shocked cos she had thought all her life her dad was not alive and she told him saw.
few months later the dad had passed away.
Lakin what is more shocking is to see dads expecting their sons to be brought up by others and later when he notices that the dude is financially stable the dad wants to be part of the sons life he tells him to support him and his newlywed wife and sees his son more of ATM.
some even use the walid card and threaren their kids with habar if they do not compy
you ask him the logic he says my dad did the same.
If you are going to be the champion for adoon people and culture, you have to also embrace the consequences. Statistics say--blacks, somalis included are far more likely to abandon their kids than White. That father most likely grew up in a single parent household, and can easily rationalize and justify that it is 'OK" to abondon his kids. For White people it is hard to do that, having--grown up in a two parent household. Also there is the question of socio-economic status. Blacks, somalis included are far more poor and are not able to support their children, but that nothing stop them from dropping them like its 1999.
