This country is just not properly equiped for pedesterians or public transportation. Good luck finding a decent sidewalk in the suburbs. Urban sprawling, over-zealous HOA's, greedy corporations that have run every little family owned business out of town, etc. Its as though Ford & GMC are in cohoots with local policy makers and the DOT to not do enough to encourage public transport, car-pooling or revitilzation of downtown areas. The whole system is rigged. Corporations run the U.S. Thus, why every household has a minimum of 3 cars and nobody can walk far anymore.

Living in London, sometimes you can walk to a destination quicker than taking your car. Walahi walking is great for clearing your mind after a long day at work or waking you up before you start work.
