And this wasn't vising any old ancestor, this was visiting occupying forces that brutalized the land and denied the people rights. African Union is not a bantu confederation there are Arab states who are members and berber states and habashi states.

You obviously don't know anything about the history of Somaliland. The british brutalised who exactly? If you mean the mad mullah he was defeated with a combination of british aerial bombardment and somali ground forces. Nobody forced anyone to do anything. The british and the northern clans were equals in trade and commerce and only stayed in Berbera and Hargeisa. Then later they moved to Berbera due to the growing hostility to their presence on somali soil. We had lots of lifestock and they had guns and money. You may have been flogged and abused by your italian masters but don't turn the business relationship between Isaaq and the british into a master/client one.

You must be really stupid if you're trying to turn the British colonization of Somaliland into a mutually beneficial agreement. So either you're saying you iddors invited the Brits to use your country, or you agree with me that you were forced into accepting British supremacy under the threat of force. Also, tell me how it benefited Issaq when they shipped you guys to fight jungle wars in Asia with the Japanese or fight in the trenches of Europe during the world wars?
