No. I have a big problem with the idea that whats mine is mine, and whats yours is also mine mentality. Either everything is for everyone or everyone keeps his own. Why should we have to share the maamul in Xamar when others don't share their clan degaans?

Xamar is the CAPITAL CITY! The seat of central government, the engine of the country, the face of the nation, afcourse it will be shared. But my deegan or ur degaan is owned by somalis, and all somalis are welcomed but it won't be like Xamar, because people's deegan won't be important for other's unless business wise but not governance wise, thats why Xamar is the city that unites all these deegans.

what nation are we talking about here? Somalia is dead ninyahow,and banadir region lies in tribal land and these people should be given preferences because the city is located at the center of their degaans.

Benadiris, shaanshi, reer xamar, bantu, somali cad cad, abgaal are the people of Banaadir, they have upper hand as it is their deegan, but Xamar is the capital city so other people like Darood, isaaq, other hawiye, have the rights to live, work in their capital, wats good about Xamar its that it is lived by variety of people, i mean its silly to make Luuq ganaane the capital as it is strictly marehan deegan, also garowe cause its strictly Majertan deegan, or goldogob as it is strictly leelkase deegan, or caadado as it is striclty hawiyd deegan all these cities i mentioned can't turn into capital, marka xamar cadey illaahi ha no dayo
