that happens to me frequently these days and i have no clue whatsoever. and because of the tossing and turning involved, i wake up tired even though i dedicate myself to more than 8 hours of sleep most of the nights.

but the most frustrating thing about it is that i can't explain what the whole scenario was about once i wake up.

I'm glad I'm not alone
