What WE need to do is

Close down the borders from the sea side
Put heavy milita as guards
No arab immigration allowed
No owning of land in Somalia to arabs (if they migrate and its legal) Because they will use the groundwater we have for their khat consumtion like they did in yemen.

And last but not least

Take back socotra and station 100k puntland soldiers (this will happen when peace settles in Somalia)

Establish a military base in Socotra. If the international community reacts. Simply refer to the territory boundaries socotra falls within AND that we are training future Somali navy so that we can eradicate pirates and help the international community have safe trading routes for their growing economies.
