But there r regular Somalis in those pics...not talking about them obviously!

This people have done nothing to anyone, if anything, they have been victimized by every Somali clan.

They are from Somalia and they are "regular Somalis" whatever you meant by that. Infact, they are more Somali than you and I because when we deserted our country and immigrated, they have stayed back in their country. They are also very hard working and peace loving people. They have as much to be in Somalia as other Somalis do, if not more!

Somali Bantu/Jeerweyn  :som:

What an appalling opinion to have, My God, I feel sorry for U OliveOil. These are probably the best people in Somalia, they don't harm anyone, they are mostly unarmed and they do all the hard work in the farms in which the likes of Monk of Mogadishu and others wa*k about here. You should be ashamed of yourself and apologize. You think we ('regular' Somalis) are better than them? they have been in Somalia for 100s of years.

"Mzbeautifull"

What is every clan ?

There is literally no Bantu in my parts of Somalia so they could not have been victimized by my ppl! .. so stop telling lies maybe
these bantu gets opressed in the South .. but in the north .. Bantus just do not exist

Southern Somalia is very diverse place. Before the civil, every Somali clan lived in the South. They treated the Somali bantus and other minority groups like they were second class citizens. They discriminated against them, denied them their god given rights and took advantage of them every way possible. They talk to them and about them in demeaning and derogatory manner. Called them "jareer" "OOGI" and a lot of other names

The victimization of the bantu/minorities in Somalia got even worst after the civil war because the wasn't any laws to protect them. I don't know what tribe you are from but I am pretty sure some of you fellow tribe members lives/lived in Southern Somalia at one point and took part of the ill treatment of this people.

You also claimed that bantus don't exist in the north and that couldn't be futher away from the truth. Before the civil war there was no or little Somali bantus in northern Somalia but that has changed. Recently Somali bantu IDP migrated to the northern Somalia in large numbers. I am from Puntland and when I visted there 2 years ago there was large Somali bantu, rahanweyn and reer xamar living and working in Galkacyo, Garowe and Bosaso. They even live in smaller Puntland town like Xarfo.

If you were referring to Somaliland when you said "they don't exist in my part of Somalia" I know for fact that there are Somali bantus in Somaliland and YES! they are discriminated against.

You can't speak for all you tribe you can only speak for yourself and for your family. You can't denying that this people are treated harshly and subjugated.

I trust and respect Somali bantus more than I trust certain Somali tribes/clans. I am glad that they are my countrymen.

The Ironic thing there is not bush in plain sight.

Yes, they do. But they live everywhere in Bosaaso.

There is large number of them in Galkacyo. They build our houses and they are the most kind hearted Somalis I have ever met.

Been from southern Somalia our family grew up amongst this people so I have a lot of respect for them. They are noble people.
