Saxib, The only reason I support TFG, is that its the only way to stabilise the country. Don't forget TFG is a transitional government and not a full functioning permanent stable government.

I mean these Somalis that love a federal system needs to known that Somalia does not have different religions, ethnicity or languages. I believe in a central government with regional powers, not regional like Puntland, Somaliland, Galmudug...but as in the 18 regions of Somalia such as Gedo, Galgaduud etc. Where Somalia has 18 governors and all 18 come under the central government. Federal is a no no no for Somalia, we are one people, one language and one religion, we are not like Ethiopia or other federal government where the countries have different religions ethnic groups ect.

18 Governers
18 Ministers
180 MP's
18 vice ministers
1 Prime minister
1 speaker>>Thats my dream government.
The people in their own region can vote for their own governor

then the governors can vote for the own MP'. Wallahi this is my dream>>I'm trying my best that my plan comes true.
That would never work and be accepted.in a perfect world that would be great, but lets be honest sxb, this is Somalia we are talking about. a land that has the same people who have been fighting over primitive nonsense for over 20yrs. the government in xamar should only handle foreign policies, our national borders etc. or else we will still have folks fighting over power in xamar if we stick to the failed central system.
if a region focks up its territories, its only them who will face the consequences rather then the whole nation going down with them. capiche.

Federal government= for countries with different religions, ethnic group, languages

Regarding Xamar, afcourse every country will put all their money in the capital, because its the capital the world sees. However yes central government can work in somalia and it did work, for example every third world countries will not have great development accross the whole country, but if we were patient all progress would had happened across somalia, didnt the central government build bosaso port, kismaayo, etc, didn't they build factories in lower shabelle, jubooyinka, gedo didn't they make farms across south somalia, didn't they provide free education across the country. You know sometimes greed can take you to another level, you just can't everything u wish for. things gradually get better. But trust me federal government will not be a success, cause then our country will be weak, no unity, continuous foreign intervention.

Central government with great regional ties (18 regions). :som:

   Rwanda had civil war, Liberia, Congo do all these countries have Federal government now? Mate don't be fooled..in 2004 was the worst time in Somali history when the gaalo injected federal government in Somalia, their goal was to divide us then conquer us. Even in Islam federal government in Islamic countries are not allowed. You keep blaming our nature..if we start federal government it will be worse, then every clan the sub clan the sub sub sub clan will want to make their own mamuul. We will have fights in Somaliland border with dhullos and isaaq, majerteen fight with sacad in mudug, sacad and saleeban fight in mudug, mareexaan and dir fight in galagduud, mareexaan and ogaden fight in lower and middle Juba etc. Central government can prevent that.

sxb, Somalis did this to themselves stop blaming gaalo. are there skirmishes here and there? yep you are right and it existed for hundreds of years before we ever had a central government. again that is the primitive Somali nature :) sxb, of all the options, this is the best way forward. are there any problems with a federal system? of course nothing is perfect :) everybody needs to clean their damn houses and stop waiting for xamar. we cant wait another 20yrs.

What shall i liberate?

a dust bowl.
corrugated rusty steel roofs.
mud huts.
arid deserts.

hmm no sign of civilisation in my view, no art, no sophisticated social systems, no educational establishments and libraries containing centuries of accumalted intelectual documentation, no infrastructure, no ethical boundaries, no plan, no vision, no differentiation between rival gangs and no other visible state apparatus to speak of. What is there to safe? i mean even phenotype of these afroasiatics is easily replicated... take any west african and cross with a pakistani and you get the somali pheonotype.

Who must i liberate from?

TFG - aren't they mainly somali?
Shabab - aren't they mainly somali?

Why Must i liberate what allah has created free?

Those two groups are the criminals if they want to fight it out let them choose any part of the unoccupied desert and slug it out. They can either sit down together and form a coalition of power sharing or bomb each other to hell i am not going to miss either.

Don't be blind, forget materialistic stuff! Liberate your people from Al-Shabaab otherwise we are doomed. Al-Shabaab are Somalis YES, but they are not related to us because they harm their own people. They are making your people hostages. We have to release ourselves from this DULMI! Where Ahlu Sunna control there is social, ecnomic and educational progress, where TFG control there is social, economic and educational progress, same to places like Puntand, Galmdug, Ximan & Xeeb and aslo Somaliland. So who is a threat to our people?? >>AL SHABAAB aka AL-Qaeda aka Taliban
