There are Habar awals born in Djibouti for more than half a century there was a time Sacadmuse outnumbered Ciise in Djibouti in the 1950s. But lots of Habar awals were deported from xeebta Djibouti because they refused to be french Ass lickers like the Ciises , the Gadabuursi live also in huge numbers in Djibouti , Habr awals in Djibouti can identify them self's both with Somaliland and Djibouti

The Issaqs who live in Ethiopia (especially Hawd/Reserve Area) were the ones who gave their blood and wealth during the struggle for , so anybody who wants to say they are not citizens of it would be too late to do so. So did those who lived in Djibouti, Gulf Arab countries, Uk etc..

The road between Burco and Hargisea is more inportant then the one from gebiley to hargisea to djibouti. If sacad muse want to build a clan road then they can do it out of thier own pockets but the government should frist found roads connecting internal areas. Then maybe roads connecting to other countires. Burco iyo hargisea first then Erigavo to burco.
