Cabdullahi Yusuf is something wallahi. That old man can talk although he started to become senile in the end.

Farmaajo is an ordinary speaker as well. Sometimes his speeches have wow factor but on average he is a very ordinary speaker.

None of them are inspirational, but the most horrible orators are Silanyo and Calin. Silanyo sounds like he's running out of breath, and overall has a isaaq somali accent no xarago IMO  , and calin sounds brain dead when you hear him it makes you think how does this guy represent a regional gov't? :?

Garad, oh God add Faroole to that list. If you are looking for inspirational, Faroole is the anti-inspirational. He always comes across like the grumpy old grandpa looking to connect a full sentence. Something about his voice makes you not like the guy, you can't establish rapport whereas for both Abdullahi Yusuf and Sheikh Sharif you can establish rapport instantly for different reasons although.

It´s beneath Abdullahi Yusuf to be compared to these men. AY, Cigaal and MSB were on other level, old school weeye kuwaas

How can people say Sharif is a good orator? Hadalkiisu waa labolabo, jileec aan caadi ahayn baa ka muuqdo hadalkiisu

cadde muuse spoke like a typical ciyaal suuq. i use to laugh everytime he swore 'wallaahi waa been'

   Faroole sound like he has a wedgy too uptight your right.

Sheikh Shariif and Ismail Omar Geele are good orators, also Daahir Riyaale Kaahin was excellent

i don't think Siyaad barre made any speeches that gave it the 'wow' factor. He was quite simple with his words if you'd ask me.

Garad, Riyaale was great but Silaanyo is bollox

Yh Cigaal sounds like a good speaker, but like Garad I might hold a bias. Strong reer Waqooyi accent always sounds like slang to me. It can never reach "refined" for me. I think reer Mudug accent is the only accent capable of reaching "refined".

Cali Gaab, ok.

Garad, Dahir Riyaale is a damn good speaker. He is in the very fluid camp.

Abdalle, AY is by no means in Siad's camp but I have to agree he is a good speaker, an orator. Don't hate on Sheikh Sharif, there is nothing jileec about his accent and I don't remember anyone who listened to him while I listened saying is not a good speaker. God bless Cadde Muuse and his reer Merka accent.

Voltage, it's just an opinion. You could try to persuade me if you've got the energy left after a tiring 2 weeks on Somalinet typing away about Azania.

Ps: did you give Silaanyo the number 3 slot because of his rant against waraabe resulting in a low number?
