Why not. Germany is named after Germans. France after the French. Spain after the spanish. Japan after the Japenese. Czechoslovakia separated into Czech Republic and Slovakia just so that the two main ethnic groups can have a country named after them. At the very minimum Somalis make up 85-90% of the population of Somalia.So why not.
