long life is not good always if you waste it, I hope to die in my 50s or late 40s if all my good deeds are in order.

I could do any number of things to end my life prematurely or extend it by a short time. I have free will in that regard.
I am not sure if your post is saying simply that God knows when everybody is going to die, or if you are saying life extensions through new medicines is impossible.
