The gracious Imam of the Holy Land and descendent of Sheikhul Islam Muhammad ibn Abdulwahhab is simply reiterating a command given to him by the Prophet (saws) where he said:

It has been narrated by 'Umar b. al-Khattib

that he heard the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) say: I will expel the Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula and will not leave any but Muslim.
and Umar (ra) followed the Dear Prophet's command:

Umar expelled the Jews and the Christians from Hijaz. When Allah's Apostle had conquered Khaibar, he wanted to expel the Jews from it as its land became the property of Allah, His Apostle, and the Muslims. Allah's Apostle intended to expel the Jews but they requested him to let them stay there on the condition that they would do the labor and get half of the fruits. Allah's Apostle told them, "We will let you stay on thus condition, as long as we wish." So, they (i.e. Jews) kept on living there until 'Umar forced them to go towards Taima' and Ariha'.
So this Turkish "mufti" is a jaahil who doesn't even know that the prophet commanded this while the Mufti of Saudi Arabia is an aalim and is of course advising the Amir to follow the Prophet (SAW).

The contradiction is this:
One hadith says to kick out all jews and christians from arabian penisula( yemen, oman included).
Kicking out includes destroying their churches.

The other hadith says to respect ahlul kitab, their churches/synagogues etc.

Thats clearly a contradiction.

I have no problem with jews and christians living in Ymen, Oman .
My problem is them living in the blessed country of Arabia(now called saudi arabia).

Rules are abrogated as time goes on. Even if were to apply both rules today, one is specific to a region, while the other is general.

hutuking of course jews and christians are allowed to build churches outside of arabia. the muslims who live outside of arabia have to respect ahlu bait worshipping places.

What part of Europe or Americas do you or your relatives live? Let's keep the hypocrisy to a minimum.

Islam reached Yemen before it did Riyadh, and the hijaz is closer to Yemen then it is Riyadh. So what makes Riyadh blessed and Yemen not? The borders of Saudi Arabia are very new

Who said Yemen is not blessed? There's many hadiths where the Prophet indicated the eeman and baraka of Yemen. It is part of the Arabian peninsula and no churches and synagogues should be built there.

Guys take it easy.
Sure if the hadith was true then the prophet pbuh said so in times of war.
Dont forget jews and christians took the side of mushrikeen.
They were enemies of Islam.

Understand that as strategical/tactical move to strenghten the new religion.

There were Jews and Christians in Yemen until the 1960s, so they obviously didn't do a very good job if that was their goal.
