This is why i dont understand the mentality of folks like d-runner,you would never hear marehan or hawiye saying bosaso here i come,because we have nothing to do with bosaso,you have to understand the shifting dynamics of power struggle in somalia,Mogadishu is a hawiye domain and hawiye dicatates the affairs there,everything and i mean everything should be in the interest of hawiye or it will flushed down the toilet.Kismaayo on the other hand has fallen under the marehan sphere of influence and they dictate the state of affairs there and they have our full backing.AMISOM is just a facilitator and will rather work for the interests of the local people than some fisher in bari.

I am not trying to write MJ off at all. MJ are a Somali Muslim people and my tribal kins at that. I fully support the MJ's rights to their properties and wealth in Mogadishu, Kismaayo, or whereever as I do for any Somali individual or family. AMISOM is a project getting hundreds of millions of dollars from international actors to achieve a strategic military goal against a "terrorist" outfit in which a large part of that strategy is "winning the hearts and minds" of the presiding local population. As for Mugadishu, the wrong party are those denying me and everyone else an equal setting in the Somali capital. AMISOM is no body's hired private gun by any means other then its donors. Their a professional force but most importantly in their eye's we are all skinny's and order is their main concern at the end of the day. A neutral setting I plan on taking advantage of and yes I plan on vying for a level plain field even for my Nuux Maxamud aka "Galgale" brothers so they can sow their seeds in deep Abgaal's heart again... if anybody is doing any appeasing it's the donkey in Villa Somalia and he is being tamed as we speak.

You hit the nail on the head, people who have nothing to do with Mogadishu or Kismayo want to impose their will on others. You will never hear us say "Garowe here we come" or a Hawiye saying Eyl here we come.
Because in that case I can always get my Dhabayaco dialect on too.
