no hating over here, just calling you on your bullshit.

your 2007 prediction:
The Ethiopians will be out of Somalia in 6 months.

Because the Americans are only funding them until that time.

You have heard it from here first.
viewtopic.php?f=250&t=123686

your 2009 prediction:
This is my prediction.

AL Shabaab this hour controls THE WHOLE SOUTH. They are in Jowhar and the next biggest town on the map is Beled-Weyne, where they are half the control there.

If they consolidate control over the road from Jowhar to Beledweyne, they pretty much own Somalia.

From their they will push straight to Gaalkacyo. Once Gaalkacyo falls, it is a WATERSHED moment. They will just walk to Garowe and from Garowe I will predict they will go to Laas Caanood first. Once in Laas Caanood I think half will go towards Burco which is by that time already in the hands of the mobilized Ikhwanul Muslimeen. From Las Caanood the other half will head towards Qardho and Boosaaso which will give themselves up seeing they only have the sea if they choose to resist.

From Burco I believe, the Al Shabaab section and the Ikhawanul Muslimeen will give a chance to all the reer Waqooyi Islamists to join their side of the battle and from there I predict they will march towards Berbera. From Berbera, which is a symbolic victory, Hargeisa will either give itself or easily be taken over.

your 2010 prediction:
1. Sufis will get defeated within two months.
2. By July Puntland will be under Shabaab rule.
3. A strong possibility Somaliland will also be as well.

sadly the US and its allies want a submissive somali leadership that will follow their agenda without any fuss, even if it is against the longterm interests
of the somali people.

this is why farmajo or anyone of his caliber will not be president of somalia because he has a backbone and sharaf.

i predict near total victory for puntland and faroole, and their choice will be president

puntland will meet 90% of its objectives in the shortterm.

i.e 6 months to a year.

it's funny how when dr.abdiweli was named the pm, many on this site were trying to desperately link him to farmaajo..they kept talking about how they were close friends, how farmaajo asked for pm abdiweli to be named the pm, how they have the same ideology and were basically cut from the same cloth etc and today, farmaajo has a "backbone" and "sharaf" and pm abdiweli is corrupt and spent time in a mental hospital. so much changed in mere months. fact is, farmaajo is not more qualified for the post than pm abdiweli and you don't know him on a personal level so you can't speak to his character, all of this coming from a place of anger and fear. fear of the big, bad, majerteen and anger at how they always seem to get their way.

plain and simple, politics is a dirty game and it sure as hell is not for the weak. perhaps people who have a backbone and sharaf should hang it up because they are not cut out to play the game?

(1) PM Abdirashiid Ali from 1960 - 1964; (2) PM Abdirisaaq Haji from 1964 - 1967; (3) President Abdirashiid Ali from 1967 - 1969; (4) PM Hassan Abshir from 2001 - 2003; (5) President Abdullahi Yusuf from 2004 - 2008; (6) PM Omar Abdirashiid from 2009 - 2010; (7) PM Abdiwali Mohamed from 2011 - to Present.

A total of 20+ years MJs it seems were in and out of Somalia's two highest offices. The Irir card in the 1960's ceased under MJs watch and for the first time the Isaaq under Abdirashid Ali tasted what real power feels like when M.I.Cigaal broke ranks with the Irir and joined the MJ bandwagon eventually moving to strip Cumar Istarliin of Muqadisho's mayor ship.

This was a point in time the Hawiye were at their lowest and it was one M.S.Barre during his dictatorship he wasn't shy reminding them whenever they came whining about losing a ministerial post or Muqadisho's mayor ship under his regime... wuxuu odayashii Hawiye sii hab kaftan ah ugu iftiimiyey in Irirnimada Hawiye iyo Isaaq ay tahay laab-la-kac dhallanteed ku dhisan wuxuuna yiri, M.I.Cigaal, oo aan BASTOOLAD sidan kana yimid Berbera, ayaa Hawiye ka qaaday jagadii Duqa-Xamar. Idinkoo xeerinaya Irirnimada kama aydin doodin wixii laydiin geystay ee aniga ma waxaa laygu jirdiidayaa haybta Daarood?

Where was this free and fair election when the Irir card was rampantly being used to sideline the MJs elite in the 1960's? If Farmaajo has any caliber then how do you explain his unwarranted provocation toward Puntland as if they had no say in our nation's future? I doubt the likes of Gurey25 can see past their hate filled little shell.

Boy listen here, the thing is our strength has always been our honesty guided by our resolve and it's that very honesty which has sustained our prominence in Somalia's history, a proud history at that. Despite being stampede on by both M.S.Bare regime and Gen.Caydiid, a human tragedy, which led to our nations disintegration our love for Somalia to date remains unbroken. Instead of Breaking up Somalia unlike your ilk our elites have pledged to strengthen our nations unity by making peace with their neighboring regions and between themselves. They believed that the success of the process of national reconciliation is intimately related to the reconciliation based on "bottom-up" approach. Whereas some like the JVA imposed themselves on others we have always favored clan reconciliation guided by our elders, a path to a lasting peace.

At any rate!

its not about abdiweli its about majerteen.
i predicted near total victory in the near future.

why get riled up?

and there is no irirism, it an artifact of the 60's.
Isaaqs relationhip with hawiye depends on their acceptance and support of somaliland, and this applies to all clans in somalia.
if you oppose somaliland you are the enemy, if you support somaliland, you are a friend and a brother.

^Why were you expecting a different result when all your ilk produced were MSBarre and Farmaajo, two men who neither rain gift on us nor showed any brotherly love. Our experience with your ilk has always been one of inhuman cruelties and alienation.

Like Khalif SHeikh Mohamuud prophesied in that remarkable poem, "Hurgumo."

"Nabsiggas mugdiga gudahayaan mar un hellaynayye"

So as the Mig fighters descend on the Marehan; in our sphere heroes "man of honor and valor" have stepped forward to bring our salvation.

Karma is a bitch sxb, you cannot escape it so if I were you I'd wipe that poker face clean.

What I find interesting is Marehan and Majerten both point fingers at each otherl.

As for "karma", you had 15 years head start on us in the bush. The comeuppance is reaching a climax and will decline soon. The fat lady hasn't sung yet.
