WHY SOUTH KOREA SUCCEEDED WHERE UGANDA FAILED? t

The answer is very easy! Black Africans including Soomaalis have lowest IQ of all HUMANS whichs around 70 points.
Uganda and Somalia and all african countr are failed because EVERAGE somali or UGANDAN person have IQ of 70 Point whichs equel as mental retard person in Asia and Europe.

Compare that 70 IQ to and South Koreans and other east Asians Like japenese and Chines Evarage IQ of 105 .

so Koreans are just smarter than Black Africans thats why they succeeded building prosperous and developed nation.

Unfortunatly evolution made Black africans dumn because black africans(somalis) did not lived harsh and unforgiving environment like Asia and Europe, Black africans did not even need to learn how to make clothes because you could survive whit out having clothes in African while East ASIA and Europe was impossible.

Ghana was first african country which get independent from gumeysigii and Ghana despide different ethnic groups never had problem whit different ethnics. all Ghanians feel ghanians from the day Ghana become independent unlike many african nations . so lack of development cannot be excused that Ghana have defferent ethnic groups because Ghana never had such problem.

So the lack of economic progress lies with the weak identification of "Ghanian"? not sure how much of a problem that caused considering it didnt breed conflict.
I was thinking along the lines of corrupt and ineffective leadership.

The article clearly explains it, national consciousness and unity of purpose is only one part, the other is the lack of institutions and educated staff, as well as lack of experience.

I understand how the problem lies more with lack of institutions, education and historical experience then this "national conciousness" (which i just cant seem to tie with poor economic performance of Ghana).

I am itching to blast your dumb ass right here but I got the morning train to catch. I'll get back at you. But I'll let you ponder at this for the moment, IQ is not just determined by heritability but also morbidity and mortality, and Africa is severely lacking the latter.
