then eat. The key to gaining weight is to eat, eat and eat some more. Everything you come across that's xalaal. I remember in high school, I'd eat a can of peanut butter before I sleep every night. A whole can. I'd eat 6+ times a day and also drunk three scoops of protein shakes. In a year I went from 151 to 179. Now I don't pay much attention to my diet. It's a difficult job.

This year I lost weight myself, truth be told i'm looking to put on 10 KGs and return to my previous beast state.

Eating is not the answer. I remember in 2006 i went from being a size 32 to size 38
I've lost weight due to being busy as hell man.

No, you cant sleep all day when you've have work and family, i mean sleep when you get the chance.I remember few yrs ago when i used to work early shifts, i used sleep 4-5 hours every night.Waxa iga dhacay 8 kg, i looked like skeleton.Hurdo la'aanta wa lagu dhuubta so try to sleep when you get home after work adigu waliba caloosha buuxiyey.

Yeah you're right, i've been sleeping for 4 hours and 20 minutes everyday for 6 weeks now. It used to be 5 and a half before.
