I started gym again and this time I am serious. It has been a month so far and I have seen some very good results. I have been in gym in and out casually for the past 2 years. Last week was the first time ever, I actually felt the magically pump in my biceps. Feels great,
Really need to uptake my calorie load and especially do my best not to miss breakfast

^Don't ever miss breakfast. Eat 5-6 times throughout the day. Don't eat large meals. Keep it up

Yea, I definitely learnt that lesson. I have realized if I eat a big breakfast in the morning than my appetite will great during the day and I will eat plenty. And if I miss breakfast, my stomach closes (In a way) and my appetite is suppressed.
Personally with my timetable, I cannot eat 5-6 Meals, just cannot fit into it. I eat 3 big meals, and snacks in between.
Also realized the important of compound exercises. However, I don't do deadlift and squats too risky

^I can't fit 5-6 in my schedule either, I just tell people to do that
But really, there's a downside into eating large meals and not frequently. Your body will just store the excess nutrients and will go into preservation mode, as it expects its next food intake in a while. Small food intake at frequent intervals just gives you a much more efficient metabolism. Also It really doesn't have to be actual meals, you can have 3 meals and the other 3 as snacks. Fruits, tuna can, protein shake etc

Is this 4-6 meals a day thing proven 100% beyond doubt. A lot of things are spewed out regarding working out and are broscience in most cases
