The TFG forces can still kick AL Shabab's ass in Benadir and the lower Shabelle. The weak part are the stupid commanders and politicians who always snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

In the battle of Afgoye, the Somali forces did the bulk of the work and cleared the way for AMISOM.

There was barely a battle in Afgooye, Al Shabaab saw AMISOM coming and packed ship and retreated.

The politicians and commanders need to get their act together. Security forces need to be paid, disciplined and prepared to serve the people, if we're gonna go anywhere.

They put up a fight as they retreated. AMISOM is highly overrated in infantry battles as shown in Dayniile

The TFG is cursed having politicians leading the military instead of professional career commanders.
