cunaaye, there is different between halal , legal and is a right!!
if the woman is legal age to marry and consent agreement, but using the extreme poverty to take advantage of them. that is halal but doesnt make it right to do so. like our maid; it's perfectly legal, to pay her $40 to work 7 days a week 24 hours. is that makes it right cause she agreed cause she wasnt even close to that if she worked same hours her back home? there is something you just know isnt right.
Hyperactive saxiib waa run waxaad sheegtey in your case you pay the girl $40 in return she is making herself available to work but, so long as she does not refuse to do the work that is required of her . If she refuses with no good reason the you can deduct from her salary or fire her............but if she has a good reason to refuse to work like, she needs break ,and sleep that’s her right, you can’t violate her right, majority of the fuqaha’ have explained the ruling on private workers very clearly.........
Odaygu halal bay u tahey still ........even if he has the intention to take advantage of them the poor family........ but I think it is morally wrong taas waa run
