But what really bugs me is those parents who have failed to raise their kids properly and then just dump them back home (mustaafirey) thinking they will be reformed - nay. What do you think happens when you send criminals/drug dealers/even killers back home with no camal. Well they do exactly what they did in their countries in the west.

What always amazed me was seeing kids born and bred in the diaspora being sent back home for dhaqan "celis" as if they had lived in Somalia priorly.

life is mystery, nothing is certain. neither white or black. you can do absolute your best and raise you kids the best you know and still they can choose to be what they want. you do your share and hope for the best.

parents have a rule and society and environment may dictate and make easier to take a wrong path or the good path. in the end human when the reach certain age , they ''can" make their own decisions.

yes it helps, to change the environment and people you around to reform. i guess that is what somali parents try to do. hoping the kid once chance to company and old place they take a look at themselves and choose to change.

I think eventually these young adults sent for daqancelis will grow up from what they've used to and adopt to the norm of their new home. You have to understand change does not come immediately. The parents go back because they have to fund the expenses of the daqan celis kid and also the relatives whom are relying on them every month.
