When i was in xamar in 2011 the issue of this Hotel was in the courts, the funny thing is now the old man is saying Hotel baa la iga haystaa while the case in the court was that guy who runs the hotel break some of the lease agreements. neither was disputing that they has some form of agreements but somehow it seems they count solve it.

I don't see how a meeting in Garawe can solve this.
