Higher literacy means better education system of that country, and also educated population means higher IQ level than uneducated population thats very easy calculation. The reason Somalia have such unaducated population plays major role of somalia having Low IQ.. IQ is actually something that you can trian to improve. if someone who can not write and read learns how to read and right probably thats persons IQ is going to get better..
