Its no secret many people want the conference to fail and are looking for the slightest excuse to tarnish the legitimacy of this conference. There is a committee that resolves problems arising from any disagreements and I doubt anything has changed from the original agreement no one has a gun to anyone's ahead all the delegates came voluntarily.
