Deathnote was a great anime... up until L died. I wanted to watch Code Geass because it sounds interesting but I already know how it ends so it's pointless.

I tried those two shows but I disliked them (although Bleach can sometimes be interesting). Thanks for the recommendation though.

Do it, you won't regret it inshaa Allah (unless you embark on endless anime binges after which you may require an intervention to get your life back on track). There are already many great mangas and shows recommended here for you to return to your otaku ways.
