People here are so stupid, and not even understand the point. Its irrelevant if the guy served or not, the fact is the passenger attacked the man for no reason other then He's Muslim. This could happen to any other Somali cab driver. That's the real issue.

Because he lives in the United States and you don't , it all comes down to that .
I would have done the same .

Good for the dude for recording it. This case looks pretty straight forward and he should win it and be compensated as well.

Let me tell you this ^. If you really want to do something about it , confront all haters no matter who they are . That somali cab driver doesn't really need your help , however you could stop the flow of haterade going on right here everyday towards all kind of ethnic/religious/gender groups .

Exactly. The thing is this guy who did this is nothing but a punk. He felt He could get away with it because the guy is a immigrant and he felt superior to Him due to the guy's occupation. Most of all though the fact that this guy was Muslim was what motivated Him, and the same crap can happen to us at the airports or whatever. That's why this fake tough guy punk needs to see the inside of a jail. Anyway the case should be a slam dunk for the prosecution.
